... A Lot!
- The Southwest Regional Alpaca Show in Phoenix this year was a blast! All the kids came home with ribbons including:
- A first place and COLOR CHAMPION for FABIO in his first show!
- Another first place for VITO! (He went head to head with Fabio for the Color Championship.)
- A first place for GRAZIELLA in her first show!
- A second place for LUIGI and a third place for GIOVANI in his last show before he goes to work.
- Congradulations and Special Thanks to Mike & Linda Wood of Square Top Ranch Alpacas for winning the breeding to Paladin at the SWRAS Herdsire Auction!
- Peach kicked off the spring cria season with a bouncing baby boy.
- Shearing day is May 28 and will be here before we know it. If you're not sure what to do with your clip, we are a collection point for the Alpaca Blanket Project.
- Our herd is growing so fast with all the wonderful Paladin babies that we want to thin our herd a bit. The prices on all of our females have been slashed for a limited time!
We are two working stiffs who have made our escape from the suburbs. We were introduced to these wonderful critters in the summer of 2005 and immediately fell in love with them. Since then, we've built our foundation herd and a ranch to house them all in and we continue to learn as much as we can about these animals.
